About the Opportunity

At Gray Matrix, design isn t decoration it s direction.

We re not looking for people who make things pretty. We re looking for those who build clarity, meaning, and magic pixel by pixel, frame by frame.

You ll be crafting brand visuals, UI/UX journeys, and content that feels as good as it looks. Whether it s a carousel, a dashboard, or a cinematic UI intro you ll shape how people see and feel the product.

What We re Looking For

Strong portfolio across UI/UX, graphic design, brand storytelling, or motion/video
Experience designing for web, mobile, and product interfaces
Ability to create from scratch from user journeys and wireframes to final high-fidelity screens
Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, After Effects, Canva, and Protopie/Lottie
Understanding of design systems, micro-interactions, typography, and responsive layouts

Bonus Points

Experience designing for SaaS, AI, or B2B products
Storyboarding or video editing capabilities
Exposure to working closely with developers, product managers, and brand teams
Strong grasp of current trends and how to evolve beyond them
