Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:*

Design and enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to improve user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
Maintain and improve design systems and component libraries.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

*Requirements:*

2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
Solid understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, and accessibility principles.
Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

Experience in designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or enterprise software.
Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI design.
Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
