We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in the HRBP domain and a strong background in human resources, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibility Deliver people programs and processes aligned with Line of Business objectives. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Manage and resolve employee relations issues in consultation with concerned teams. Maintain knowledge of HR and organizational practices, procedures, policies, and systems. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Job Requirements Minimum 7-9 years of experience in the HRBP domain. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state employment laws. Master's degree in human resources or MSW. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Prior experience with Workday is a plus.
