Job Description

Role Summary

Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and document job requirements for technical and non-technical roles.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Leverage technical knowledge to assess candidate suitability for various IT, engineering, and technical roles.
Analyze recruitment metrics and hiring data to improve processes and inform leadership decisions.
Optimize the recruitment workflow by identifying and implementing process improvements.
Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
Utilize various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build talent pipelines.
Promote the employer brand and create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred).
Proven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent specialist roles.
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and discuss technical job requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
