Job Title: Key Account Manager IT Recruitment

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our IT recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage client relationships, support delivery teams, and contribute to business growth by generating new requirements and onboarding new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Client Management:

* Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts.

* Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.

* Understand client hiring needs and ensure smooth communication.

* Delivery Coordination:

* Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

* Monitor open positions and ensure alignment with client expectations.

* Follow up regularly on submissions, interviews, and feedback.

* Requirement Generation:

* Work closely with clients to gather ongoing and upcoming hiring needs.

* Identify additional opportunities within existing accounts.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.

* Strong experience managing client accounts and supporting delivery.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

* Proven ability to bring in new requirements and generate business.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.Role & responsibilities
