Job Description

Senior IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
from sourcing to onboarding for multiple clients across India.
Work independently on
various technology roles
(.Net, Java, Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, QA, etc.).
Interact with hiring managers
to understand technical requirements and deliver quality candidates within deadlines.
Manage and mentor a
team of Non-IT recruiters
, ensuring timely closure of open positions for different BPO/KPO's and ITES companies.
Develop sourcing strategies using
LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and internal databases
.
Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate pipelines and MIS reports for leadership review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in
end-to-end IT recruitment
(minimum 5 years).
Strong understanding of
technical skill sets, tools, and technologies
.
Excellent communication(English) and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple client requirements under tight deadlines.
Prior experience in a
consultancy or staffing agency
is a must.
Leadership mindset able to
manage, guide, and motivate
a small team.
