Develop and maintain strong pipelines of candidates for critical IT positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires within defined timelines.
Utilize multiple recruitment channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking).
Evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit for IT roles.
Ensure compliance with organizational recruitment policies and hiring standards.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for IT hiring.
Excellent sourcing, networking, and headhunting abilities.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in using job portals, ATS, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
Relevant certifications in recruitment/HR will be an added advantage.
