UST is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various IT roles across the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the IT industry and its various roles.
