Job Description

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans to meet business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify and attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the recruitment market.
