Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Indore. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and implement effective recruitment strategies. The role involves utilizing various recruitment platforms, conducting candidate assessments, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and interviewing
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
• Strong understanding of job market trends and sourcing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the environmental services or similar industry is a plus
