Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for employer branding initiatives and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Skills in Interviewing and Hiring
• Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience with recruiting tools and platforms is a plus
• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
