Job Description

Talent Acquistion Specialist- Bangalore, Karnataka, India

  • Talent Sourcing:

    Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates across the APAC region through diverse channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals, ensuring alignment with regional hiring needs.
  • Talent Mapping:

    Conduct detailed talent mapping exercises to identify key talent pools and market trends within the APAC region, providing strategic insights to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
  • Market Insights:

    Gather and analyze market data specific to the APAC region to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities, sharing these insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement:

    Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effectively communicating the Stanley Black & Decker employer brand across the APAC region.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with US-based recruiters and APAC hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and regional requirements.
  • Dashboarding and Reporting:

    Develop and maintain dashboards to track sourcing metrics, candidate pipelines, and recruitment progress, providing regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders.
  • Cultural Adaptation:

    Adapt sourcing strategies to meet the cultural and business nuances of the APAC region, ensuring alignment with local practices and expectations.

The Person:

  • Proven experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on international or APAC region recruitment.
  • Strong expertise in talent mapping and market research within the APAC region.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media channels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage candidates across different cultures.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Experience in creating and managing dashboards for tracking recruitment metrics.
  • Familiarity with the APAC region's talent market and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
