In this Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment within the US market and be comfortable working in a hybrid work model.

In US Recruitment, you will:

• 3+ years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (technical hiring).
• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid work environment.
• Prior experience in client engagement is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Solid understanding of US labor laws, visa processes (e.g., H1B), and tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).

What you already have:

• A bachelor’s degree with relevant recruitment experience in corporate/executive search firms.
• Good verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to handle diverse requirements.
• Hunger for success, keenness to learn, and aspirations of making an outstanding career in the executive Search/HR domain.

Working Hours:

This role requires you to work 5 days a week (Hybrid) from Mon to Fri for 9:15 hours a day.
