Job Description

Job Title:

Talent Acquisition Specialists / IT Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle

    end-to-end recruitment

    for contract positions across IT and non-IT roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), references, and internal databases.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
  • Manage offer negotiation, documentation, and onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for recurring and urgent requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery managers and account managers.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 2 years

    of experience in

    contract hiring

    or

    staffing recruitment

    .
  • Proven ability to close positions within tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of IT skills and roles (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar with ATS and recruitment tracking tools.
