Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Specialists

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
• Maintain updated records of candidates, interviews, and closures.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and meet monthly closure targets.
• Share daily and weekly performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or consultancy preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across job boards and social media.
• Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
