Are you a dynamic and self-motivated Bench Sales Recruiter with a passion for building strong relationships and placing top talent? We're looking for an experienced Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Market IT consultants (US Citizens, GC, H1B, etc.) to direct clients and vendors
Establish and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners
Handle full life-cycle bench sales: resume marketing, interview coordination, and follow-ups
Experience working on different job portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
Must be proactive and aggressive in identifying new business opportunities
🔹 Requirements:
2–3 years of proven experience in US IT Bench Sales
Strong network and understanding of the US job market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
