About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven and well-connected Senior Talent Recruiter to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent across diverse domains, while building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, extensive market knowledge, and established connections within the industry. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design effective recruitment strategies. Leverage existing professional networks and industry connections to attract top-tier talent. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and social media. Conduct market research and talent mapping to proactively identify and engage potential candidates. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Manage multiple open roles simultaneously, prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment. Track, analyze, and report hiring metrics to leadership. Mentor and support junior recruiters as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 3 years in a senior/lead role. Strong expertise in IT/Technology hiring (Salesforce, M365, Data, Cloud, or other technical roles is a plus). Proven ability to recruit for senior, niche, and leadership positions. Extensive professional network and strong industry connections in India. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Ability to work independently, manage high-volume hiring, and deliver results under tight deadlines. Preferred: Experience recruiting for global clients or multinational organizations. Exposure to both W2/1099/Contract and permanent hiring models.
