Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (field sales, corporate, technical, and operations) across functions and geographies.
Lead bulk and volume hiring drives, especially for B2C sales and field teams.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and social media.
Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates for cultural and role fit, and coordinate interviews.
Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
Drive employer branding initiatives aligned with SolarSquare’s values and culture.
Assist in campus hiring and building long-term talent pipelines.
