Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (field sales, corporate, technical, and operations) across functions and geographies.
  • Lead bulk and volume hiring drives, especially for B2C sales and field teams.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and plan recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates for cultural and role fit, and coordinate interviews.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives aligned with SolarSquare’s values and culture.
  • Assist in campus hiring and building long-term talent pipelines.
