Job Description

Title - Non - IT Recruiter

Location: Gurugram

Work Mode: Hybrid (Once a week in office)

Office Hours: Normal Indian Shift

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Screen and evaluate resumes and applications.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Provide timely updates to hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Facilitate the offer process, including negotiations and closing candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-technical roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
