Role & responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for sales and GTM roles (inside sales, on-ground sales, B2B, channel, etc.)
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs
Build strong candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Represent
Oben Electric
as a strong employer brand in the EV industry

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3 years experience in
Sales Hiring
(preferably in fast-paced or tech/startup environments)
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills
A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, collaborative culture
Comfortable working
on-site from our Kudlu office
