Role & responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle FOR BFSI ROLES
from understanding requirements to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to define role requirements across
Banking, NBFCs, FinTech, and Insurance
verticals.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, networking, etc.).
Build and maintain a
talent pipeline
for niche BFSI roles
Conduct competency-based interviews and assess cultural fit.
Manage recruitment MIS, trackers, and reporting metrics for leadership reviews.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
