Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our organization. Your role involves developing effective sourcing strategies, managing the recruitment process, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the team. Job Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy Candidate Sourcing and Screening Interview Coordination Employer Branding Candidate Experience Data Analysis and Reporting Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
