Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
  • Manage multiple openings simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 6-9 years of experience in sales hiring or talent acquisition for IT services & consulting industry.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders across different geographies.
