Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Thane. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. They will also be involved in employer branding and improving recruitment processes to attract top talent. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to understand their hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
