Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record in volume and bulk hiring to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment processes for large-scale hiring, ensuring timely onboarding of quality talent aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for bulk/volume hiring from sourcing and screening to offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring needs across functions.
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline using various sourcing channels including job portals, employee referrals, and campus drives.
• Conduct mass recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and hiring events to meet high-volume targets.
• Ensure TAT adherence and maintain accurate data and dashboards for recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting.
• Collaborate with HRBPs in handling key employee lifecycle processes ensuring alignment with company policies.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically in volume/bulk hiring for mid to large-scale organizations.
• Proven expertise in managing high hiring volumes within strict timelines.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
