Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand hiring requirements from technical and business teams
  • Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
  • Screen candidates through telephonic/online interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Maintain and update candidate database
  • Handle offer negotiations and joining follow-ups

Desired Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing and screening ability
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles (preferred)
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring
