In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. Your duties will include conducting and coordinating interviews, understanding recruitment timelines and market trends, sourcing candidates from multiple platforms, and conducting initial screenings to assess candidates" skills.
