Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at IZI, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to fulfill the company's current and future hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, developing effective sourcing strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. - Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job posting to offer negotiation. - Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS). - Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's visibility as an employer of choice. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role. - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools. - Experience with applicant tracking systems. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
