Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company's needs. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. The role also involves developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, and Sourcing
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
