By collaborating with colleges and industry, we are transforming engineering education integrating curriculum, content, and hands-on training so students can thrive in their careers. To scale this ambitious vision, we’re expanding our Recruitment Team and looking for passionate Recruiters who can drive high-volume trainer hiring while ensuring a seamless and human candidate experience.

What You'll Be Doing?

  • Source and screen candidates for diverse roles, with a strong emphasis on

    identifying and engaging technical trainers

    .
  • Manage

    large-scale, high-volume hiring campaigns

    to rapidly expand our trainer ecosystem.
  • Draft, update, and publish compelling job descriptions on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and screenings to ensure quality and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintaining smooth communication between trainers, candidates, and stakeholders.
  • Drive the

    end-to-end recruitment cycle

    , from sourcing to onboarding trainers into our ecosystem.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases to ensure accurate and efficient tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to align trainer requirements with project and business needs.
  • Conduct

    post-hiring follow-ups

    to ensure trainers integrate seamlessly into our ecosystem and remain engaged.


What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in

    high-volume or technical hiring

    ).
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, social media sourcing, and ATS tools.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • A recruiter who is

    passionate about building large talent networks

    and understands the critical role of trainers in education.
  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, mission-driven environment

    , managing critical, high-volume requirements effectively.
