Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media, professional networks, and job boards. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop compelling job descriptions. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment metrics and progress. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Stay updated on industry best practices and recruitment trends. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience 5+ years as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role. In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Years of Experience 5-10 Years
