HIRING TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST- IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY - MUMBAI AND CHENNAI ONLY- CONTRACT ROLE 12 MONTHS ( EXTENDABLE)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Work on IT (Java, AI, DevOps, Cloud, etc.) and Non-IT (BFSI, HR, Finance, Operations) requirements
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality hires
Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates efficiently within SLAs
Ensure strong pipeline management and proactive candidate engagement

Requirements:

Immediate joiners only

27 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
Prior experience with
staffing for Big 4 clients
will be an advantage
