Job Description

Position Title: Talent Acquisition SpecialistMode of Work: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

Actively look for the right talent using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
Go through resumes carefully and keep everything updated and organized in our internal system.
Take charge of interviews, asking the right questions to understand if the candidate fits the role.
Match candidates to roles based on their skills, experience, and what they're really looking for.
Stay in touch with candidates throughout the hiring process and help them feel supported and informed.
Make sure every candidate has a positive and smooth experience, right from the first call to the final offer.
Try new ways of finding talent, especially when hiring for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
Keep communication clear and timely with both candidates and internal teams so everyone’s on the same page.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4 to 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with strong exposure to both IT and Non-IT hiring.
Hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
