Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for contract IT roles across diverse technologies and levels.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies for sourcing, engagement, and closure of candidates within tight timelines.
• Build strong pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Screen, evaluate, and negotiate with candidates, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain excellent rapport with candidates through regular follow-ups and relationship building, especially during notice periods.
• Coordinate and manage interviews, feedback, offer rollouts, onboarding, and joining follow-ups.
• Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets with consistency and accuracy.
• Manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously without compromising on quality or turnaround time.
• Maintain candidate databases and reports using ATS or Excel/Google Sheets.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in

  contract hiring

  for IT roles (developers, architects, DevOps, testers, etc.).
• Proven track record of

  hitting recruitment targets

  in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and

  negotiation skills

  with candidates at all levels.
• Strong

  candidate engagement

  skills — ability to hold and retain interest until onboarding.
• Solid understanding of current tech stacks and trends in the IT industry.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently under pressure.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment reporting.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working with international clients or onsite coordination.
• Understanding of legal and compliance aspects of contract hiring in India.
