Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, deliver a positive candidate experience, and support the company’s talent acquisition strategy through proactive sourcing and efficient process management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle hiring for open roles and lateral hires.
Write, post, and promote clear job descriptions on job boards, social media, and the company career page.
Source and engage candidates via databases, referrals, networking, and platforms like LinkedIn.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Drive the interview process by ensuring timely feedback and smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Negotiate offers, prepare offer letters, and support onboarding activities to ensure a seamless candidate transition.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
