Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong skills in social media recruiting and Boolean search techniques.
