Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid & senior-level roles in the General Insurance domain.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand talent needs.
  • Conduct market mapping and build a strong database of industry professionals.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports using Excel.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 26 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the

    Insurance / BFSI sector

    .
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Naukri.com, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel

    .
  • Proven track record in closing leadership and niche roles.
