Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for sales roles using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
  • Manage high-volume hiring (ASM, BDMs, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
  • Regularly follow up with stakeholders for feedback and closures
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring, preferably for sales or front-line roles
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and portals
  • Must be a graduate in any discipline
  • Proficiency in Excel and recruitment dashboards
  • Experience hiring for B2B sales roles
