Role & responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for sales roles using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.) Manage high-volume hiring (ASM, BDMs, etc.) Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers Ensure smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates Regularly follow up with stakeholders for feedback and closures Meet daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets Preferred candidate profile Minimum 1 year of experience in bulk hiring, preferably for sales or front-line roles Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Familiarity with recruitment tools and portals Must be a graduate in any discipline Proficiency in Excel and recruitment dashboards Experience hiring for B2B sales roles
