Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract high-caliber professionals for mid to senior-level roles. Identify, engage, and recruit niche and leadership talent through headhunting, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business goals. Drive end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation. Stay updated on industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor analysis to advise stakeholders effectively. Key Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in strategic recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced industry Proven expertise in niche, lateral, and leadership hiring. Strong knowledge of talent mapping, headhunting techniques, and passive candidate engagement. Hands-on experience with recruitment tools ( Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
