Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role specifications.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the advertising and marketing sector.
• Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates for further rounds.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with market trends and industry best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the advertising and marketing industry.
• Strong understanding of various recruitment tools, platforms, and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Zoho Recruit software (ATS experience is a plus).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
