Talent Acquisition Specialist

You are a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 6 months to 2 years of experience in human resources, passionate about employee engagement, recruitment, and supporting HR operations. You will be joining Coderwing's team in Indore, where you will assist in various HR functions to ensure the efficient management of day-to-day activities and contribute to fostering a positive work environment. This position is open exclusively to local candidates in Indore. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, handling employee relations by addressing queries related to policies and benefits, managing HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance, coordinating training and development programs, supporting performance management activities, and assisting in HR projects like employee engagement initiatives. To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 6 months to 2 years of relevant HR experience. You should have a good understanding of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices, as well as be familiar with HR software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality are essential for this position. Preferred skills for this role include previous experience with employee engagement initiatives and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
