Job Role: Human Resource Manager/ Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi Key Responsibilities: Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent from premier institutions such as IIMs, XLRI, FMS, and others. Professional Networking: Leverage platforms like LinkedIn and industry connections to identify and engage high-caliber candidates. Compensation and Benefits Management: Design competitive compensation packages, including ESOPs, to attract and retain top professionals. Recruitment Process Optimization: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process utilizing advanced HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience. Collaborative Partnership : Work closely with senior leadership and department heads to understand organizational needs and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly. HR Leadership: Drive HR initiatives that support organizational growth, culture development, and employee engagement. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decisions. Qualifications: Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of hiring from premier institutes. Expertise in Compensation Structures: Deep understanding of ESOPs and contemporary compensation models. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of HR technologies, including ATS and recruitment platforms. Leadership and Communication : Excellent managerial skills with the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Strategic Thinker: Ability to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
