Delivery Managers, Test Managers, Program Managers, Architects, SMEs, and leadership positions

domain depth, role fit, and leadership expectations

• Conduct initial recruiter discussions and share structured insights with the Hiring Head

Sourcing & Market Mapping

LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, WhatsApp groups, and professional networks

market mapping and competitor talent analysis

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing leadership requirements

Stakeholder & Process Management

• Coordinate interviews, feedback cycles, and candidate follow-ups

pipeline health, interview progress, and closures

• Support offer coordination, documentation, and joining management

• Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience

Strategic Exposure & Growth
