Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Male Resources Only) Experience: 3 to 5 Years Location: Noida, Sector 62 Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT recruitment processes and building strong pipelines of top talent across various verticals. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. Source profiles through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fitment, and schedule interviews. Manage candidate communication, feedback, and interview coordination. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports. Work closely with external recruitment partners/vendors when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes. Experience using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and ATS tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines. Prior experience in IT hiring is preferred. Preferred Attributes: Self-motivated and target-driven. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Team player with a proactive approach.
