Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and employer branding, with the ability to work across multiple functions and levels. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection to onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies. Use multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist candidates for further evaluation. Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback. Manage offer negotiations, background verification, and onboarding processes. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, etc.). Drive employer branding initiatives in coordination with marketing/HR teams. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Stay updated with talent market trends and benchmarks. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth industry. Strong understanding of recruitment practices, sourcing tools, and talent trends. Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills. High attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
