Recruitment: 1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. 2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. 3. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. 4. Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific positions. 5. Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every stage. 6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. 7. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes. 9. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records 10. Assist with other HR-related activities and projects as needed. Onboarding: 1. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to develop and enhance the onboarding process for new hires. 2. Ensure that new hires receive all necessary paperwork, training materials, and resources before their start date. 3. Coordinate with various departments to schedule orientation sessions, introductions to key team members, and training sessions for new hires. 4. Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process. 5. Collect feedback from new hires regarding their onboarding experience and use it to continually improve the onboarding process. 6. Work closely with hiring managers to develop onboarding plans tailored to the specific needs of each new hire and their role within the organization. 7. Monitor the progress of new hires during the onboarding period and provide support as needed to ensure a smooth transition. 8. Introduce new hires to the company culture, values, and expectations, helping them understand how they contribute to the organization's success. 9. Coordinate with IT and facilities management to ensure that new hires have the necessary equipment, access, and workspace set up before their arrival. 10. Follow up with new hires after the initial onboarding period to ensure their continued success and integration into the organization.
