Key Responsibilities

  • Work on daily IT requirements from South African/African clients.
  • Source candidates using

    PNet ZA

    LinkedIn Recruiter

    , and advanced Boolean search.
  • Screen candidates for technical fitment, availability, and rate alignment.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and onboarding follow-ups.
  • Prepare and submit profiles in customer-specific templates.
  • Maintain trackers and report daily activities directly to

    (TA Manager)

    .

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience

    recruiting for South Africa/Africa (mandatory).
  • Strong IT hiring background (Developers, Architects, Cloud, QA, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of boolean/X-ray sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work with tight SLAs.

Preferred

  • Experience with enterprise clients in Banking/Telecom/Fintech.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles independently.
