IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Work on daily IT requirements from South African/African clients.
Source candidates using
PNet ZA
,
LinkedIn Recruiter
, and advanced Boolean search.
Screen candidates for technical fitment, availability, and rate alignment.
Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and onboarding follow-ups.
Prepare and submit profiles in customer-specific templates.
Maintain trackers and report daily activities directly to
(TA Manager)
.

Required Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience
recruiting for South Africa/Africa (mandatory).
Strong IT hiring background (Developers, Architects, Cloud, QA, etc.).
Good knowledge of boolean/X-ray sourcing.
Excellent communication and ability to work with tight SLAs.

Preferred

Experience with enterprise clients in Banking/Telecom/Fintech.
Ability to manage multiple roles independently.
