Job Summary:

HR cum Personal Assistant (PA) to the Management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Human Resource Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end
recruitment
: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination.
Manage
onboarding
processes, documentation, and induction for new employees.
Maintain employee records and support day-to-day HR operations.
Assist with leaves, attendance, and basic HR compliance.

2. Personal Assistant Duties

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the school management.
Maintain schedules, organize meetings, and handle communication on behalf of management.
Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups on assigned tasks.

3. Coordination & Office Management

Act as a bridge between school management and staff.
Coordinate between school campus and Park Circus office as required.
Support logistical arrangements for meetings, events, and recruitment drives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
1 year of experience
in HR or administrative roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualities

Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Immediate joiner is highly preferred.
