Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates based on requirements. Coordinate interviews with interviewers and schedule them accordingly. Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).
